Other things to note

To ensure the highest level of cleanliness, the hot tub is available upon request with an additional $100 cleaning fee. Please let us know if you'd like to include it when booking, and we’ll add the fee to your reservation.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and present for the duration of the stay.

Please note that the property owner may occasionally be present on-site for the sole purpose of accessing the dock to use or maintain the boat and/or jet ski. The owner will not enter the interior of the rental property and will make every effort to respect guest privacy and avoid disruption.
